Reviews were deceiving
I have stayed in many short term rentals across the country. This is by far the worst one I have rented. I understand putting your place in the best light but some things were just not true. It was not a quiet neighborhood. We heard people on the street until 11 pm and delivery trucks as early as 4. The property was listed as having a washer and dryer. They were in fact down the hall and we weren't able to use them during the hours of 11-4. Not a problem if it would have been listed on the amenities. I read all the reviews and everyone said the property was clean. I did not find that true. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while. The comforter on the bed was stained in multiple places and looked to be quite old. I also saw a review from 2023 saying the shower was messed up but they were moved to a different room. The shower was still messed up with a screwdriver taped to the wall on a string to tighten the faucet before it could be used. I let Cara know about the comforter and the dirty floor. She just said she would pass it along to her staff. She did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. I was only given 1 trash bag for a 5 day stay and when I asked for another one it took 4 hours to get it. I have photos I could share if anyone is interested. I realize the price on this facility is low however there is not excuse for cleanliness or common courtesy.

Convenient Location in Historic Building
Extremely convenient to DT activities. The room was in a historic building so it lacked some of the frills that you may have in a modern building but that is part of its charm. I didn’t remember seeing it noted on the listing, but there is no elevator. That makes sense but not something I thought about.

Downtown Charmer
This is an excellent option especially if you want old time charm. It is cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need to make a meal, or it is steps away from amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure and nice and hot. Since it sits on one of the best streets it can be a little noisy if you are sensitive to such things and there is a special charm about making sure you do not overload the electrical. Admin is so responsive! If I had any questions, they were all over it. I love it! I will absolutely stay again!

Perfect downtown location
This apartment was centrally located just off of the main area in downtown Cheyenne where the hanging twinkle lights light up across the street. Such an amazing location. Easy parking & entry. Beautiful quaint place with tons of charm. We loved it. From the hardwood floors to crank-out windows to original sinks from decades passed, it was so charming. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool old building!
3rd-floor apartment in vintage building in downtown Cheyenne, with parking right next door (very convenient). Minimalist and sparse decor, but with everything we needed. A problem with the shower was rectified quickly, with the property owner allowing us to move one flight down to another apartment. Great location, walkable to all of downtown Cheyenne. Check out Paramount Cafe for coffee and Omelet House for breakfast.

great little place!
We were very happy with this property. Its an old building, but that adds to the charm! We had everything we needed including some snacks....even though it is a three story walk up (no elevator), its totally worth it in so many ways!

Very nice stay in Cheyenne
This was a great place, centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see and do in downtown Cheyenne. It was a very spacious apartment, with onsite parking, which was great. It is a walkup and has older fixtures. But for the price it was perfect and met our needs.

Perfect for our needs.
We needed a cheap place to stay for the night. It is in downtown Cheyenne. Close to everything. The apartment is very old, it reminded my wife of her apartment growing up in Queens, NY. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. My son (age 15) slept on the sleeper sofa. He said it was fine for one night. The a/c unit kept the living room cool. The bedroom was kind of stuffy. A fan in there would've been nice. There is a bar right across the street. It got kind of loud at night. All things considered, I'd stay here again.
