unique about the property: location Did not like: staff was not responding to our phone calls, it was continue to get disconnected. A few staffs at the front desk are rude. We found spiders under the bed. Trash can was not cleaned up after the regular cleaning activity of our room.

I have stayed at this property several times. This is the first time I've stayed since the remodel, which was beautifully done. However, two things definitely jaded my stay: 1. Neither television in the suite worked. Of the 50 channel options, we got maybe 5. No major networks or news channels were available. I called the desk (by the way, the guest services button on the phone didnt work either) and was told they would send someone right up. An hour later, i went to the front desk and asked again. This time i was told it was a hotel wide issue and they were working on it. It never happened. When i complained and asked about getting some kind of reimbursement, I was told since I pre-paid through Expedia, they could do nothing. So, does Expedia reimburse something, ir do i stop using Exoefia and book with hotels directly to avoid this outcome? 2. The bathroom floor had nit been adequately cleaned in some time. I meant to take a picture, but forgot, of the accumulating hair in the corners by the bathrub and the door. GROSS! I've stayed in Chicago hotels many times in the past 45 years, and this was one of my worst experiences.

Fantastic stay at the embassy suites. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We stayed over Labour Day weekend and they were very efficient through the busy times. Complimentary evening reception also a very nice touch. Clean, beautiful, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location. No safety box in our first room, but 5 mins later and into another room we went. Very efficient service.

Close to the Grand Station to get the red line! Breakfast was great. Have a sound machine because the road noise is loud. Couldn’t watch ABC (college football )it said bc the hotel was still negotiating with Direct TV. Parked in the garage on the corner for $51 a night.

I liked the facility is in a great location. Staff was nice and helpful. It was a bit noisey due to the traffic, but I did stay on the 3rd floor. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Apparently 2 of the 4 elevators were down when we checked out on a Sunday which made it very difficult. We stayed on a weekend and at night it was loud in the middle of the night! I understand the hotel doesn’t have control over these issues but still I could not recommend this property to anyone,sorry.
