Weekend Get Away!
Room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast food was a choice of buffet or order off menu. Omelets delicious with fresh fruit. Short walk to the Goodman Theatre.

Even though my Expedia booking wasn't visible at the reception, the staff members were accommodating and efficient. Buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices. One of the best with Hilton chain. A server at breakfast, Neomi (Naomi?), was especially applaudable for her hardworking to keep the busy breakfast site run smoothly and to make everyone accommodated. Bravo to Neomi!

Very beautiful hotel, very very nice room. Only complaint is that the walls are super super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. We had very loud neighbors that would constantly go in and out of their room slamming the door each time. Staff was super nice!!

The location was very convenient to walk or grab a cab. The breakfast time was crazy on how you have to order. The buffet is not a buffet...our server was very unorganized and overwhelmed. But pleasant. The desk staf. Was also very pleasant!

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked one with a partial view of the river, and it was worth it! The hotel was a convenient location and walkable to everything we needed (public transit, shopping, restaurants, landmarks, etc.). I’d definitely stay here again.

Its downtown chicago, so expect loud noises and lack of parking, but the Valet is convenient. This hotel makes of for the daily stressors of staying downtown for a few days.
