Normally we have a wonderful experience but this time around there was something going on for a school(s) and all the kids where rude and never gave time for other guess to get on the elevator cause they was to busy just riding them up and down and when we left for the first time ever we was charged for our valet parking like what the heck

I had a short overnight stay in Chicago, between flights. The Hyatt was conveniently accessible with their shuttle (which runs frequently, so there's next to no waiting). Check in took about 30 seconds, since i had done most of it online. The room was very nice, lots of little touches that made it great for a traveler. And the price was reasonable. I'd stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

What I didn’t like was the noise all during the night. You could hear someone’s door closing not sure what door it was but I was up every hour. Also there was no blanket on the bed with the wall of glass and the heater set at 76 it didn’t get warm until 4 am.
