The hospitality here is unmatched. As soon as I stepped upon the premises I was being taken care of. Everyone was so nice, and Pedro was so helpful. Very nice room, view, and overall experience. Will be coming back.

Perfect location - great hotel

This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time.

Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items.

A perfect location, walking distance to everything. The two bedroom/ two bath suite would be perfect for a family with kids or friends traveling together. I loved the lotion, and bath products. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Great coffee machine on the second floor, and water stations on each floor.
