No chairs in the rooms, and the tv is ridiculous. Not a smart tv and doesn’t even let you connect your own Google chrome cast bc the tv doesn’t move. I asked the front desk for help and he didn’t even look up from the computer when we asked.

Poor service related to maintenance

The heater in my room was not operating properly. I noticed immediately when I checked in. I asked the front desk to check it. When I came back late that night I noticed that the exterior was off the heater indicating it had been worked on but perhaps not finished. I woke up many times towards morning from being cold. The temperature stayed at a steady 64 regardless of setting. The next day I once again asked the front desk to have the heater serviced. I came back many hours later and everything was the same except that the thermostat was showing a need for service message. Unfortunately I had to be up in the morning and didn’t have time to go down and change rooms or try and receive the service I need, so I doubled up my blanket and made due. Very uncomfortable stay.
