I checked in on Dec.31 to bring the New Year in & checked out Jan.2. Of course they take a $100 a day damage fee which is suppose to be returned after check out. In total came out to $200. I called Jan.8 to see what was going on & the receptionist (very professional guy) explained that it was suppose to automatically be returned after check out & or something was wrong with the computers at the time….its Jan.10 & my deposit still have not been returned.

This was an excellent hotel, situated in River North. The pool was very refreshing for an early-morning swim, and front desk was prompt and professional.
