Worst stay
This was my worst stay at a Wyndham . Not only was the websit deceitful with pictures that they claimed at the hotel they never had rooms that look like that’. Nothing was open to eat or drink .. the whole hotel was pretty gross. Peeled, broken , outdated .. carpet was nasty , chairs broken and nasty ,. No where to really sit besides the bed .

Enjoyable very enjoyable stay
Stayed here a couple times it's really clean the rooms are nice definitely worth staying. Not pet friendly so when I come in town without my dog I stay here all the time

The front desk worker was very inexperienced. The room is very outdated. It is different from what is shown online in every way except the king size bed, which has bedding that needs burned. There are also crumbs everywhere

I didn’t stay at the property the smell in the building and rooms were horrible I checked in and checked out within 15 minutes of arrival they didn’t refunded my money so I took a total lost

The staff was the best. We had some issues with the heat and they were there to fix it immediately. I also left something in the freezer and they were so kind to keep it cold until I returned to get it. It was reasonably priced and in a convenient location.

It was fine. HVAC was set to 68 degrees on heat when we arrived, but it felt like 75 degrees minimum. We set it to cool and 60 degrees and it cooled a little bit, but we had to open our balcony door to get the room to cool down. Wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Easy to walk to convention center.

Poor, pitiful, place.
They couldn't give us a key to our room. They had to open door for us. Told us to come down later to get a key. I asked them to bring us one. They didn’t. We head to front desk later. Plan to get key on our way out. Husband with dementia forgets something in room. We couldn't just turn around. Had to go all the way to front desk and back up to room. Bed was hard and lumpy.

Stayed 5 days not once did they clean room and when I asked about it. They said need to request by certain time the day before to get room cleaned the next day. They brought clean sheets to the room for me to change my own sheets
