Only thing missed is a magnified mirror in the bathroom to apply makeup. Usually mounted on the wall over the light switch. But everything else was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and açcomodating staff. The staff phoned is when our room was available allowing us to enter early. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. Our room spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

This property is extemely clean and well situated along Vedder rd. The staff member was extremely friendly on check in and mentioned that if we required anything for us yo just call the desk.

Value for money? Not at all. Cancellation policy- no exceptions? Crazy. My husband had really bad asthma due to the fires along hwy 5 and 3, etc. and they wouldn’t allow us to cancel at the last minute so that we could get home fast. We were even willing to pay a third of the total stay for us to just move along! Very poor customer service. They even turned the air conditioning off in the middle of the night, obviously to save money. For the amount we paid, no way should this happen.
