The smell of the room was a high humidity, It goes for the morning and don't got it after The personal was very friendly, the area was safe, even there are rumors and I witness a protest of supose supporter to the goverment, but I general I can not point a problem or bad situation. The food was good and all the personal, specailly the front desk and restaurant was very kind, servicial and friendly.

This is good hotel and the out exterior facilities are very nice, but it's not a 4 star hotel. It's look more like an Orlando nice motel.

Significativos problemas con el servicio de wi-fi. Muy lento el servicio en el restaurante para el desayuno. Carece de aislamiento de ruido entre habitaciones. Mucha amabilidad en recepción.
