We had to stay here because my son was going to look at a college and we know nothing about the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the area and property was and so convenient to everything. The staff was amazing and the room was gorgeous and large. The only downside was the bathroom sink was really small and the water pressure not that great, but I would definitely stay here again if I have to be in the area.

I never made it to the hotel because Expedia didn’t know any hours of operation to the rental car place so they sent me there after they were closed already so that ruined my entire and I wasn’t able to go at all I am very very regretful for booking through them! Maybe if they can get me my money back I might book through them again but if not then I will never ever ever

The most friendly staff and new clean hotel!!! My only complaint is that the hot-tub was broken during our stay and could not enjoy soaking in hot water at the end of the day.

I rave about this hotel! A gem do not hesitate!!

Booking was easy on hotels.com. Price was better than the hotel website. Check-in a breeze as the lobby is brightly lit and they have self use carts to carry luggage. Front desk attendant was friendly, informative, check in took 3 minutes which is always the best when you just want to get into your room. And the smell of the lobby instantly puts you in a dream! Pure luxury! After a long hard day, the bar in the lobby was open and I was able to grab a drink to take up to my room. Room was impeccably clean, and set up to perfection with the desk dividing the room from a little seating area with an extremely large couch one could easily sleep on, but it also becomes an extra bed if needed. Lighting in the room is warm and relaxing. Bed linens new and fresh. Stand up shower has the greatest smelling products to use and the shampoo had my hair so shiny! It was spa-like. The amenities of the hotel are as if you are in a luxury hotel. Pool is gorgeous and had lush greenery surrounding it. Heated! And the surrounding area is gorgeous for a meet-up for business or friends and feels like you are in a tropical paradise. Elevators always had one elevator with doors open waiting on ground floor for ease! This is such a great touch for hotels to do. When all you want to do is get to your room. Gym on the second floor was a great size, ac blasting. All new machinery and weights. Included breakfast on point and the waffles are the best I ever had!! Can’t say enough good about this hotel!

Clean hotel and great service from front desk staff to kitchen. Breakfast buffet is always good and the lady in charge is always running around to make sure trays and coffee are available. Awesome job!
