Comfy little home

It's an extremely nice property. Everything about it was enjoyable. You can tell it's an older home, but so much work has been put into updating it and making it very modern. The bedrooms are very lalarge, bathroom space was nice as well.

Charming House

Well appointed property located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful walk in shower. Linens and bed were super comfortable and clean. All utensils for making a meal were at our disposal. Would stay again.

Evolve Property

We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. Would recommend this stay to our family and friends!

The house was clean and nice, obviously it had been updated/remodeled at some point. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms upstairs did not work very well as the electric had been redone at some point, but the things needed toggled at times to actually turn on in the socket. Only two bath towels were left out for us to use the whole week and there was no available laundry to wash them and reuse clean towels. As a note to the property owner there must be a wasp nest near the upstairs bathroom window as some wasps were getting into the house, even with the window closed. You may want to investigate this. We killed 3 wasps the week we stayed there. Otherwise overall it was a nice place, convenient to get around town, the neighbors seem friendly, I would consider staying there again.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the property! I have never stayed in a hotel that clean! Beds and couch were cozy, had everything we could need. Only thing I may add would be some USB outlets near the couch and beds for charging things but still a 5 star rating! Some of the surrounding homes looked a little run down but we felt very safe with our 3 kids there. Highly recommend!!

Home was cute! Looks just like pictures. Nice touches with coffee, tea, and other items you might forget like travel size toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Easy check in!

Cute Place

The bed is SUPER comfy and the couch is cozy as well. The coffee pods, basket of toiletries, soap in the shower, and games were a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and the property was clean. Although, due to the location of this property, it did not feel as private as we initially thought it was going to be- we would have liked a curtain or blind in the kitchen, as the neighbors are so close. And lastly, we were a bit disappointed that there was no propane tank for the grill. Overall, we truly did enjoy our stay and enjoyed the hospitality.

Great New Years stay!

We had an absolutely great stay over New Years! We went to go and visit The ARK and then spend sometime downtown over the holiday. They had everything you needed to cook and even included small things you may have forgot for the bathroom. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay! Wonderful time! Never needed to contact management, everything was great! Thank you for everything! Only improvement may be adding a dryer to the house for the towels from the hot tub but it looks like you may be adding that in the future.

Quiet, clean house with all the amenities. Wonderful hot tub. Could use a bit more storage (chest, tables) in the bedrooms and bath for clothes and toiletries but otherwise delightful. The property manager was responsive and efficient.
