The rooms and common areas were very clean. However, we booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and we wanted a way to get our kids’ energy out after a long travel day. Unfortunately, it was very murky, gross, annd smelled bad. It wasn’t being treated effectively for the amount of people using it, so we weren’t able to make use of it. The free breakfast was surprisingly wonderful, but if you don’t get there super early, all the food is gone and they don’t refill it. I saw several families come down and be turned away because they cleaned all the breakfast stuff up already even though there was still another hour left of breakfast. It would have been nice to know it was more of a “first come first served” situation because I would have brought my family of 5 down much earlier.

We stayed for one night while driving to Orlando. The facility was clean, the staff were friendly and I appreciated the free parking and good breakfast. The only drawback was occasional train noise at night, which could disturb light sleepers.

Missed Opportunities to be Kind
Staff was overall rude both to our family and to several others. Customer asked for water while breakfast service was closing and staff said curtly we are out of water. Another customer asked for some hot water for tea and same staff said they were out of hot water. Then reluctantly staff brought some cold water out. We did not have enough pillows for our family of five and when we called for a pillow we were told they were out of pillows. How could a hotel be out of pillows. She was very blunt about it. Witnessed another man at counter in some dispute too. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable! Because of customer service would not stay here again.

Everything was wonderful beds are crazy rooms are clean showers beautiful. Got up in the morning once I get some breakfast made some toast and found out that the bread hadn't hold on it other than I wasn't a lot of options. But good hotel

Overall not that great stay. Bed mattresses and pillows are too soft. The pull out sofa bed is horrible. The mini fridge was not working . Although it’s safe to drink tap water, but at least couple of bottles of water can be a good addition. Bathroom amenities were a big disappointment. Towels were clean and good in number but other materials were low quality. However staff was excellent and cooperative. Breakfast option was acceptable and lot of descent choices were available. Overall will not like to stay again at this property

Staff were very hospitable. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink did not drain well. Took quite awhile to. The shower was fabulous!!
