Needs work!

Our stay was just ok.... maintenance was lacking and highway noise was an issue for us. Proximity to the highway (I-71) is a plus, as well. This is a convenient location.

This was the second to worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The hotel was not clean with dust piles in the hall was along with dirt and debris as if the the hallways weren’t vacuumed or walls washed in weeks. The room seemed damp and you could see the piles of dust, hair and particulars on the floor. When I looked at the bed you could see that it may not have been kept nor cleaned (walls headboard wiped down). There were piles of hair, dead bugs in webs and used confers underneath the headboard. Disgusting! I walked out and demanded my money back!

The person that checked me in after hours was very nice, everything after that was down hill. The breakfast was okay. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky, and the attendant was rude, along with housekeeping. They're banging on the door and sitting outside the door, waiting for me to come outside.0

Very unclean. Towel bar fell off wall. Breakfast nook floor sticky everywhere at 6:30 in the morning. Daughter-in-law took pictures of bacon on chair, blood on linen, etc. Not staying here again!

This hotel was disgusting. Our bed had multiple blood stains on theatres and liens. Hand prints on walls and smelled like awful. The internet didn’t work and there were holes in the ceiling obviously needing repairs.

Unauthorized use of credit card!

I booked through this site and selected pay at property. We drove 3 hours to get there went to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled. I asked why and I was told they ran my card prior to me being at the property and it was declined so my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why they used my card without my permission or without me present but it’s fraud. We then tried to book another room there and they tried to charge me $50 more for a new reservation.
