For a Cleveland area location, it seemed nice and safe. There is a Whole Foods very close. They have free breakfast and dinner. The pool and whirlpool were nice and both were a good temperature. We were very happy with the stay. Beds were comfortable for us, on the soft side of normal.

Overall, the hotel was very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay. However, breakfast and dinner were not nearly as good as the last time I stayed at a Drury hotel. They had the same exact breakfast items every day, and the dinner options were not very plentiful. There were no vending machines, and the snack area was empty.

Good stay! I am very particular with hotels that I stay at, as cleanliness is the top priority for me. There were several hairs found in the bathroom and a lot of dust found on the bathroom shelving, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning prior to my stay. Overall, I would return to stay here, only after looking at other options in the surrounding area.

I thought the room was wheelchair accessible but no handrails at toilet and no bath chair in shower. Impossible to use shower. Use of the toilet requires extra assistance and the fact it’s too low to floor.

Great Stay!!

Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area.
