Nice location downtown, near lake. Clean, new, modern amenities in building. Unfortunately, the bar on 32nd floor overlooking the lake, Browns stadium was closed my entire 4 night stay

Nightmare Check-in
The check in process was absolutely horrible. There was a long line of cars parked in front of the hotell and there was another long line of cars with people in them waiting to check in. This place needs to figure out how to handle that. When it was finally my turn to leave, the valet misplaced the keys to the vehicle in front of me and I couldn't move.
