Got there late at night, with 5 kids,dirty sheets and towels on floor, no cleaning at all had been done. Called manager who immediately said he would call back. Waited 15 mins, exhausted. He calls to say he has given us refund. I said great but where are we supposed to sleep, this is Cloudcroft, late at night. Oh. Like he hadn't even thought of that issue! So he gives us address to another property and gives us incorrect address so we are at a private residence trying to enter, lucky we didn't get shot. Finally found the other place and all well after that, except tonight I find out that we didn't get much of a refund, only partial. So super bad experience all around.
