"Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Erstes Zimmer hatte einen strengen Geruch und nur ein Fenster in 1.8m Höhe, obwohl im 5. Stockwerk. Uns wurde umgehend ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses hatte ein Raumhohes Fenster, welches ab der Hälfte aufwärts nur gekippt werden konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, obwohl die Heizung nicht lief. Beide Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Für das Hallenbad musste man Badekappen für EUR 3.- pro Stück kaufen. Umkleide- und Hallenbadboden war mit Schmutz übersäht. Personen liefen mit ihren Schuhen im Hallenbad umher. Umkleide-Spinde waren schmutzig und hatten teilweise keine Haken. Personal, welches den Boden dann doch noch reinigte, stiess das Schmutzwasser durch die offene Dusche über meine Füsse. Frühstück war gut. Personal beim Frühstück gestresst und unfreundlich."
