Christmas Vacay
The cottage was newly renovated, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and linens and towels were all cotton, which was a plus!Manager was very responsive to our needs and requests.Street was traffic busy, but the beach and walking were close and convenient to many attractions.Overall, an excellent stay.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet.Very up to date. Check in/out very easy. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, there was waters and some snacks waiting. Convenient location. It was a little cool so we did not go to the beach. I needed help locating a specific football game on the tv, I contacted number given and got immediate help from owners/managers. Very helpful. Would book again when visiting CoCoa beach.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. So nice and clean, perfect little backyard for our little dog. Enjoyed grilling in the backyard with friends. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great Place Close To Beach
Really nice stay a block from the beach amd close to restaurants. Very clean, with everything you would need for a beach stay! The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I would definitely stay again if we make it back to Cocoa Beaxh!

Hidden Gem
The cottage was more than comfortable, the location is a hidden gem, a block from the beach, short walk to multiple restaurants (Shout out to Jazzys for a great meal). Pet friendly, and the ownership was readily available for any questions. Looking for a quick get away or long vacation this place is highly recommended for a low key but fun trip. Finally, look for rocket launches, we got to see one at night from the beach, just a cool added bonus.

Wonderful Spot
This location is peak cozy vacation on the beach. Very cozy and relaxing, comfortable furniture, and nice outdoor seating. Easy to access, and is in walking distance of so many great places to eat. My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely be returning.

Cute Cottage
This cottage was beautifully decorated and just a few blocks from the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it . The space out back was super cute . We enjoyed the surfboard shower .. thank you again for a wonderful place .

Beach getaway gem
This spot is perfect! This is centrally located, you can walk to everything your beach getaway heart desires, and most other things, like Cape Canaveral or Coco Village are 10-20 minutes away. The hosts thought of everything down to the beach umbrella, chairs, cooler & cart! And if you are looking for a fresh catch meal, and great cocktails, look no further then next door at Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster. We can’t wait to visit this property again!

Family vacation.
Catherine was a great host and answered my questions in a timely manner. The house was cute and very clean. It was everything one would expect and more. The location was close to many eateries. Great place with great beach access
Stayed 9 days and this is a very nice and clean place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking into a trip to Cocoa Beach. Very nice have all the amenities of home and the washer and dryer make it nice to wash clothes and be able to bring less with you and take home clean clothes. The backyard was also a favorite of our with having a nice turf area with outdoor shower to clean the sand off from the beach before you go back inside and having the grill was also a nice addition that allowed us to cook several meals during our stay. Loved that the property supplied a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and backpack cooler for use during the stay and just made it that much less to have to pack or take home. If we go back to Cocoa Beach again this will be our place of stay for sure.

A long beach weekend
217 Dolphin was absolutly perfect! My partner and I enjoyed a picturesque vacation that included multiple beach sunrises followed by breakfasts at local bakeries. Our days were spent on the Cocoa Beach pier or in Orlando. Local eateries provided most of our dinners, including Pig and Whistle and the Filling Station. All of this is to say that the location was wonderful the property was excellent and we will definitely be back!

The cottage was completely remodeled and one of the better VRBO stays I’ve had. I stay in a VRBO usually 3 times per month.
