Cette maison de plage spacieuse de 3 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bain offre de grands espaces de vie, une grande cuisine, une grande véranda avec moustiquaire, un banc complet avec des coussins, une piscine creusée, une terrasse, des chaises longues et une terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue spectaculaire à 360 degrés sur l'océan, la rivière, le lever et le coucher du soleil.
Notre maison de plage privée est en retrait de A1A, juste en face de l'océan. Situé derrière une porte privée, notre maison dispose d'une toute nouvelle piscine creusée avec un parasol pour vous permettre de vous rafraîchir à l'ombre. Prenez une pause collation / boisson à notre table de patio au bord de la piscine, puis séchez-vous sur les chaises longues confortables. Vous revenez d'une longue journée à la plage? Rincez-vous dans notre douche extérieure et profitez d’un bonnet de nuit au bord de la piscine avec notre lampe de piscine aux couleurs tropicales et nos lumières de patio douces.
Vous voulez découvrir le surf avant de vous rendre à la plage? Prenez l’escalier menant au pont sur le toit pour votre surf du matin et prenez votre petit-déjeuner pendant que vous y êtes.
Des accessoires de plage (chaises, serviettes, jouets pour le sable, voiturette de plage, parapluie) sont disponibles, ainsi qu’une planche de surf souple. Des accessoires pour bébé sont disponibles sur demande (pack-and-play, chaise haute, poussette).

Good location
The house was very clean. The location is good - just across the street and a few doors down for beach access. The pool is lovely and just like the picture. Do keep in mind that this is an old house. Suggest the living room needs some redecorating to make it more appealing.

Stunning Property!
We booked the property for our girls trip for the weekend. Everything was gorgeous from the rooms to the decor. It was a great comfy place to stay that we stayed in most of the trip. Very responsive host to the myriad of problems that occurred. Heat wouldn’t work, hot water didn’t work, door lock wasn’t functioning properly, and gate keypad sticks, so it was hard to get it to accept code sometimes. The host Erin however always got right on it and helped resolve every issue. Old cottages have quorks!

Roomy, beautifully-appointed and dog friendly!
We stayed 2 nights and had a great time despite some rainy weather. The house has a great pool and is just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful beach that is dog-friendly. We were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen and gas grill were great. One night, we ate outside at the nice table by the pool. Just a lovely relaxing getaway!

Our group of adults and children ages 7-12 enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach, backyard space and nearby restaurants. Kennedy Space center is a short drive. Good place to watch shuttle launch as well.

Wonderful stay with everything we needed
Our family of 5 (plus dog) had a wonderful time. While it’s an older home with creaky doors, everything was clean and nicely maintained. We loved the pool and the crows nest. Could not beat proximity to the ocean and appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. She let us know about a space launch we might have otherwise missed. Not only was the house dog friendly, it was right by the dog friendly beach so we could enjoy the beach with her. Would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Location
House was good, looks were deceiving from the street, what a nice place. Nothing fancy but very comfortable, pool and patio were great. The walk to the beach was at most five minutes, and the house had chairs, towels, and even a cart to haul your things. Property was secure and in a very quiet neighborhood, great for a relaxing and visiting. Only issue we had was hot water, an easy fix and Erin was quick to assist and follow up with us. I only wish I had more time to stay. Definitely plan to return.

We loved the property. A perfect beachy get-away. We didn’t get to fully enjoy the home as we were there visiting family and we mostly used it to sleep. We did get to take advantage of the pool and enjoyed coffee on top of the upper deck. I had hoped to have had more hang-out time there as it had a laidback cool vibe. It definitely is the ideal beach home. Easy walk to the beach and lots of room for people to enjoy hanging out. Communicating with Erin was awesome. She responded promptly and was very accommodating.

Great location
We had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better location the less than 5 minute walk to the beach was great. I do feel like the pictures of the property made.It seem a little nicer than it really was, but it was pretty clean. It could use a little updating! The host was really nice and quick to respond!

Great second stay
The property and location to beach and other fun locations is so great. Sort of outside of the busiest parts of cocoa beach but within a short drive. Kids love the pool. Loved staying there and would happily go back. Property manager is very helpful and understanding. Great all around.

Charming older house! Fantastic Location!
My family and I were coming to Florida for a Cheer competition and wanted to do some different sights other than Disney. We chose this location because of it's proximity to Kennedy Space Center and the beach. The pool is really what sold me ; ). It is an older house with a bunch of renovations. So expect light switches to be in unconventional places. The instructions for the house were clear and detailed. The recommend list for food came in handy when our friends came by to visit. After a long beach day, the outdoor shower and foot wash was a lifesaver. The pool was so nice to swim in and the constant temperature was a nice touch -We got rain two of the three days. My minor issues were address with Erin and she is quick to respond and answer any questions. Don't hesitate to bring something to her attention. I was very appreciative of that. It's a great house and in a super convenient location for walking to the beach or even driving to the access lot to drop/pick up your gear. They have the basics you need if you are not bringing your own beach gear for a day at the beach.

Family review
I recently stayed at this house and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, and the pool was a great feature. However, the house is a bit on the older side, and the master shower head was very hard to open. The biggest issue we faced was bed bug bites; the entire family was affected, and it was definitely not mosquito bites. A deep clean is urgently needed. Another issue was a difficult neighbor who the owner had a sign Karen requesting quiet after 8pm, despite the noise ordinance in Cocoa being 11pm. Fortunately, we were with our kids and had mostly chill days by the pool and beach. The grill was also very dirty and needs attention. While the owner was very responsive, the cleanliness issues and bed bugs made our stay less enjoyable. For the price recommend elsewhere before these things are addressed!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is a beautiful house, great space inside and out. The pool area was amazing and very private. We were able to bring our DOG and she loved the fenced in area and the beach right across from the house. We can not say enough for this rental. Total package and we would go back!

This property was as advertised. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach (where we watched a SpaceX launch from Kennedy Space Center). The pool was warm and clean. The rooftop deck was small and a steep climb, but a great view of the crashing surf. The host was very responsive for the minor issues we encountered. Would definitely stay again.

This place is fabulous!!!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was obvious that the hosts did everything they could to make their guests comfortable and happy - from a well heated pool to surf boards and bikes. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 13 year old and our 25 year old niece. We all had privacy when we wanted it and places to hang out when we wanted to be together. Loved all the games, the screened porch and the rooftop deck. We got to see a rocket launch, met an alligator, surfed at Cocoa Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks for everything!

The location of this home is ideal. It was somewhat odd, like someone rushed out before our arrival with open chips, dripping shower and trash in cans, but we left them all alone. The home is lovely except you can hear clearly the busy street outside while trying to sleep. We really enjoyed watching the launch from the upper deck and front yard. We also loved the proximity to the beach. It was chilly during our stay so we were unable to use the pool because it heats to 72 degress which is understandable. The home's location is the best! The owner was easily accessible when we realized the pullout was broken from a previous visitor. They were also very helpful sharing some local events not published to travelers. We would recommend this home!!

Great getaway
Lovely house with wonderful beach Christmas touches for our Florida Christmas vacation. Close to town and beach across the street!! Wonderful places to sit and talk on rooftop, covered porch, by the pool and snuggle on the couch for Netflix. Plenty of room in kitchen to prepare food and had everything you needed. Erin the owner was friendly and prompt with communication. Appreciated and grateful for our time in Cocoa Beach!!
