There areo elevators to get to the second floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs. They advertised that you could park there and they would take you to the cruise ship. This was not true, they would not honor that option. Im not sure I would have trusted them with my vehicle anyway. but the fact is they did not stand by their advertisement

Great location and walking distance to the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gym access was a plus. Beds were comfy. Loved the dove Toiletries. The bathroom was very small and the little sand bugs we annoying. Also, the breakfasts was mediocre. The waffles iron wasnt working properly and the sausage didn't seem cooked.

Great Hotel
my sister and I stayed for two nights waiting on our cruise to board. we so loved the theme of the hotel, the restaurant was delicious, the staff was so helpful and kind. The room was clean and quite. We needed help with our luggage because we were on the second floor when we arrived and when we left, staff was very helpful with this. Hotel was close enough to the beach which we spent several hours. Dennys and stores were close by so we could get out and walk around. if there is any negative it was breakfast. It was so crowded. There was no where to sit, the food was so close together people were reaching over each other. It was a nice breakfast though, just cramped.

It’s a nice stay, out dated in comparison to other places nearby. Service of room is by notice only. There’s a hidden fee that’s not disclosed at booking of a 50.00 hold. That’s something I didn’t expect. The pool area is beautiful, a nice restaurant on premises & reasonably priced, including a restaurant/bar on 2nd floor.

This is a good hotel, close to Lory Wilson park and beach area access. The pool area is nice. The breakfast options are limited and the eating area can be crowded.

Nice quiet property with a bar upstairs. You get a free drink voucher with check in. I like free ! It is a nice clean place. Its not high end super fancy but it was a great price and it was very clean. Breakfast is included 😋

The staff here was excellent, the breakfast was good but the rooms are very old. The tub was gross. Not dirty gross but old gross. I stayed here because of the breakfast that was included and because of the transaction to the ports for my cruise. It was an overnight stay and I woukd not stay for longer. It served its purpose.

I am allergic to pet hair. I had issues with sleeping and watering eyes. Only stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was small area and very busy in the morning. We had first floor rooms so you had to carry your suitcases which was not good. Is good location for the price but I want stay there again.

My 59 birthday celebration
At check in they ask for a $50 deposit n $25 fee for having a dog. I wish to know that before arriving to the resort. No one came to the room to check on trash or towels during our stay. I took my trash out to avoid over fowing trashcan in the room

Room was very clean and grounds were very nicely maintained. One night at 11:38 pm kids were running and knocked on our door I called the front desk and problem was resolved immediately. I am thankful for their prompt response. Thank you will definitely stay there again!!🌸

The property is located very convenient to Port Canaveral docks and is easy to get to. You enter your room from the outside. We were put in back on the 2nd level after checking in with two rooms. Never told were an elevator was or found one or the closest staircase to take. The staircases are not easily marked and hidden so even another group of guests who checked in the same time could not find them either. Breakfast was a very disappointing. Empty pans left for long periods and not refilled. Choices were not good so it was a hard pass on the food but Coffee was very good.
