Had a wonderful time at this property. Was close to shopping, activities, and family who live in the surrounding cities. Very clean and modern inside. Bonus during our stay was a rocket launch so we loved watching the launch from the balcony of the building-super neat!

Fabulous property with a balcony to enjoy an amazing ocean view. Communication was great and my family had an amazing time. Easy beach access. Only bad thing about our stay was the weather didn’t fully cooperate.

The condo is in a great location… close to pier, stores & restaurants. The beach is just steps away. The condo it self was clean and comfortable. The only con is a few items .. need to be replaced because wear & tear but, overall great place. The management company was very responsive & helpful.

The condo and property was exactly as described.It was clean, comfy and has a great balcony with amazing views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach or pool. Adorable beach condo with great location on the beach!
This spacious condo was the perfect stay for our family of five. From the decor to the comfy furniture, it made us feel like our home away from home. The views from our balcony was great as we got the views of the pool, beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. A reserved covered parking spot is located right next to the elevators which made it convenient to come and go when we were not spending time at the beach or pool. It is walking distance to some great eating spots and grocery store was a couple blocks away. The condo was very clean…floors, bedding, couches, kitchen, fridge, balcony, walls, etc. Icing on the cake were the beach accessories they provided for us. Boogie boards, umbrella, toys, ice chest were all in excellent condition. A very short walk to the beach made it easy to get set up for our beach days! The staff on site was friendly and the management staff was great. We had a few questions during our stay and they were quick to respond. One of our favorite vacation spots by far.

The place was very clean. The views from the balcony are amazing. Some of the best seafood nearby! We were able to see a few rockets lauch from the beach access. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation! What you see in the pictures is what you can expect!

Perfect February Getaway
What a fantastic spot! This condo is as lovely as the pictures. Great views of the ocean, super comfortable bed in the master, well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker takes cone filters if you want to pack a few), and convenient location. Check in was a breeze (door code) and any questions were answered quickly via email. The Pier is walking distance for a fun outdoor meal. Short drive to Cocoa Piers with lots of great restaurants. About 25 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, which is well worth the visit. Coming from NY, this was the perfect place for a sunny long weekend!

Cutest Beach Condo!
We throughly enjoyed our stay here. This is by far the most tastefully-decorated unit we have ever stayed in! Everything was so comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra supplies like kitchen items, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The condo itself was great as well. Smaller and quiet. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and polite. The pool was nice and the beach just right behind the pool, so it was easy to go back-and-fort between the two. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This space is PERFECT. So perfect, in fact, I want to live here forever. Communication from the staff was clear and well timed. They communicated well in advance and sent reminders. They even checked in during the stay to assure us about some incoming weather. The condo was a great space for myself and two friends to stay, with great living space to invite friends and family over for a couple of pool/beach days. Convenient access to the beach with a shower to rinse of the sand on the way back in. INCREDIBLE view from the balcony that had tall, comfy chairs to take in the view and the waves. In fact, we spend most of our time out on the balcony. Kitchen is awesome - with all the utensils provided. Washer and drawer are awesome - and got used quite a bit. Living room has the most comfortable couches. TIP!! Check it out before going grocery shopping. There are a lot of things provided, and may even be some goodies left behind by the previous guests - ie coffee filters, dish soap, and maybe even some canned goods.

Perfect location!
We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful, upgraded rental just steps from the beach. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, and essentials. The over-all condo was clean and staff/management very friendly. The grounds were well maintained and immaculate. We can’t wait to use this rental again!
