Short stay before my cruise
It was a very short stay for me. We arrived close to midnight and left before 10 to catch our cruise. Its a cute little villa, small but it served its purpose. It was pretty clean and had some nice touches. Very convenient distance from the port. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the villa as it was on the backside of the property. Overall it was nice and the communication from the management was great!

Very close to the beach!
Overall it was nice. We were maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and I LOVED that! The bedroom was quite a few degrees warmer than the bathroom/hallway. I also didn’t like that everything was done through additional links. The other Vrbo rentals I have done, everything was through the website. This home required us to use an additional site to enter our details and pay a refundable deposit/credit card hold. So it was a lot of additional steps while I was just trying to enjoy our vacation. There was beach equipment at the property to use and check out was very easy! No chore list like you hear in horror stories!

We booked the seahorse and then 3 days before are stay got email from Vrbo saying room was double booked and blamed Expedia. We got moved to some other place off a highway and wasn’t steps from the beach. The host gave us wrong address but thankfully responded in time with right address. Very disappointing

great little place
This place is basically a house divided into smaller rental areas (bath and bedrooms). they have decked out the outside property with the feel of being at a resort (fire pit, bar area, games, seating to relax). It was a great spot to go to our HS reunion. We really enjoyed it.

Convenient Stay Place!
We enjoyed the VRBO! Convenient to the beach. Nothing fancy but we felt the location was perfect. We had never been to Cocoa Beach and the stay is located central to the tourist attractions.

Seahorse Review
We didn't realize that the room was so small. There is essentially no kitchen. There is NO counter space in the bathroom. You have no control over temperature in the room. Management did not always answer texts. Address is not on the house, mailbox or posted. We knew we were at the right place when the code worked. Price was reasonable and the place was older but clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would not book that particular room again.

Fun little set up!
Handy location to the beach and local restaurants/ bars. Backyard tiki bar and fire pit are a nice touch! Everything that I needed was provided in the kitchenette, along with beach towels and chairs. Communication was very prompt and when I was having cell phone issues everything was handled by email. Great spot!

Wouldn’t stay again
The bathroom was a little dirty. The property wasn’t the best. Found little metal tanks all over which was obviously drugs. Then saw the owner that night after I had a phone call inside which I was being loud and arguing but it was not a long phone call at all, and the owner told me that I need to not use vaulger language instead of just saying keep the sound down. So it felt like my freedom of speech was taking away from me and I was scared to talk the rest of the time.

Pre-Cruise Trip
The property itself is super cute and the outdoor space is amazing. The room is small but enough for 2 people for a weekend. My biggest complaints are the room has an adjoining door into the rest of the house and the neighbors were quite noisy and there is not a whole lot of privacy. There were beach carts with essentials for the beach, the chairs were very nice but the umbrella and boogie boards were very cheap and most were almost completely broken. There is no sign or information on where to find the carts but the owners were quick to tell us where we could find them. Bed was extremely comfortable. Overall is was a decent stay, definitely needs more information for guests to avoid any delays in doing things!

Soo many rules
On Vrbo, it does not show beach towels and beach cart as available. On Vrbo & Lodgify, neither stated that there was no smoking ANYWHERE on the property. I understand inside and also if other guest are outside but I am a conscientious smoker. If I had known this, i would not have paid to stay here. Also, it stated that no guest under 25 years of age. Saw 2 children stay in my 4 days stay there. Seems shady to me.

Loved the community. I am spoiled by ample private space so this was an adventure. Reminded me of a lake house with 2nd hand furniture and older fixtures. Clean and accommodating.

Loved it !!!
Great location, very very short walk to the beach. Saw 2 launches during the week we were there. Quiet neighborhood. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Beachy decor. Common areas outside were relaxing.
