Hotel is okay but needs deep cleaning in carpets
Positives: Cleaning staff works a lot to clean the common areas.Breakfast has scrambled eggs. 20 minutes driving from National Mall. Negatives: Waffle machine wasn’t working for 4 out of 7 days, suite carpet as well as main hall carpet and furniture areas really need deep cleaning. Also, my suite didn’t have do not disturb signs.

It needs to be more clean. There was mold on the ice machine tray, sink was extra rusty, the hand sanitizer machine by elevator was empty and the tray had dried up residue, and carpet needed to be vacuum.

Convenient hotel to stay in Washington DC
Breakfast had scrambled eggs but waffle machine wasn’t working during most of my nights during 2nd week of December. Cleaning service staff worked hard to keep hotel clean. Carpet in suites and main hall require deep cleaning. In general hotel worked for me. I would come back.

Nightmare stay.
We arrived to a dilapidated hotel room. The refrigerator was open when we arrived, which I thought was kind of strange until we found out that the door was basically hanging precariously off of its hinges the mattress or should I say boxspring was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. When I sat down on the side of the bed, I literally sank all the way down into a bunch of springs and that is what we were forced to sleep on was a bunch of springs. It was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had. We were extremely disappointed to say the least. It was just like the commercials of where you don’t want to stay.

Smelled like weed, front desk guy was wearing a bullet proof vest which was a bit alarming, the shower curtain rod was broken, and the hot/cold water faucet in the shower was installed backwards.
