We lived in Room 212 from April 30th to May 2nd. There was no room service this time and the WiFi was not available. Our room was dirty. On the ground there had been trash, a ring and a tampon. The fridge and the microwave were completely dirty and hairs in it. It smelled really bad in the whole room. In the bed there had been hairs too. We stayed in many lower priced motels like motel 6 and had never such a bad experience like in this Country Inn & Suites Hotel. The only positive thing was Angie from Frontdesk. Friendly and professional. On ebookers there are 10 reviews from April and May 2024 from “Karen” which look like a fraud. And a lot more reviews 10/10 which look like fraud.
