Stay wasn’t as pleasant as I was expecting. There was no hot water in morning even in winters, staff told us to wait for 15-20mins we waited for an hour but no hot water, we end up taking bath with cold water and then sharp at 11am they started knocking at door thrice to make us remind that it’s time to leave despite the fact that staff know we wasted our 1 hour in morning just waiting for water to bath. They don’t pick service desk phone so we have to go to them every time we need to inform them anything. Customer service is everything in Hotels I believe!

Great value for Collingwood. It's an older building but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They did charge my credit card a few hours before I checked in. Not at check in like was stipulated in the terms.
