Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly staff. The bar area where they serve food and the morning breakfast was clean and well stocked. The bartender from dinner the nighter before carefully bagged the food and explained which containers it was in and why. Very above and beyond establishment

We have stayed here many times. Always a great place to stay all around. The sports bar was closed this time which was a bummer, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Property Room Bed Bathroom price were all very nice. Breakfast was sub-par. Eggs were taste free. Not sure how to improve? Cook 30 minutes worth several times a morning. Muffins weren’t great. No variety. Fresh fruit options. Didn’t see juice? Is that included? It would be nice if there were some ‘fire exits’ that could be exits/entry with key cards. Long way from lobby to end of hallway. Should have requested a closer room as wife has bad knee.

We checked in, got to our room and noticed there was a loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom. Turned lights on and off, etc and noise wouldn’t stop. Went to front desk and they told us it was so late there wasn’t anyone to fix & only room they had left was a room with broken heater. We took it bc no heat is better than loud buzzing all night. Got to room & there was pee & toilet paper in toilet. Was so late at this point I just flushed it & hoped the rest of the room had actually been cleaned. Not a good experience at all.

Staff was very friendly. The real downer on this stay was the breakfast. Eggs were good but at 7:30am I’d expect that the sausage would be kept hot not lukewarm to cold. Seems someone forgot to turn the burners on. Hotel hallways were filthy and in need of a steam cleaning. Keurig machine in the hotel was located in an inoperable location. In order to use it. You had to slide it from the shelf under the tv and place it in the clothing drawer below it. Otherwise there was no way to fill the tank. The electric cord was too short to move it any further and was inaccessible to move to an alternate location. Very poor design. I made a video of it. Maybe post it on YouTube later.

Pros- at first glance seems quite eloquent. Piano playing, large/comforyable seating area, large facility, WONDERFUL fitness room, 2 pools, comfortable beds, soft linens, ballrooms, salon. Cons- don't look to closely. Needs painting, general upkeep, walls chipped, peeling, dispensers rusty, wallpaper not clean, laundry/ice machine rooms dingy, no hot tub, PAPER THIN WALLS (can heat your neighbors conversations clear as well as any kids screaming), no breakfast (but to be fair, they do tell you that at time of purchase), lack of options at market (i just wanted a diet pop) no vending machine. Housekeeping comes knocking EARLY (0800 or first morning)

Great hotel- maybe eat somewhere else though…
Hotel staff and room were great! Only complaint was service in the restaurant. 1st night we had wonderful service from the bartender. 2nd night it was slightly busier, but there was also another person working and drinks were never checked on, nothing after delivering food. We had to ask 2 times for check.

Reserved a handicap room and had to go down stairs and all the way down a dark dingy hallway to find a musty smelling, outdated room that was not handicap accessible. Bars on the tub was what that was. I had my elderly mom with and she had to walk all the way down to the end of a very long hallway that smelled like weed. Do better holiday inn
