Ask for a handicap room , and said the only one they had was on the second floor. I really don't care for the people coming up to the ice machine , grabbing ice and leaving . With shopping bags 4-5 bags of ice . That didn't even stay there . Put who is to say that they already had. Permission to get some. Interior of the rooms , were very out dated . Light fixtures and sink . Barely worked , lights had shorts . Faucet, water pressure very low . Took long time for water to get hot. I would pass on this one . Good luck

I’m pretty sure there’s people living there. The non-smoking room reeks of cigarette smoke. The pictures online are for a brand new room and facilities, and there’s nothing new about this place. Every guest in the parking lot was shocked when they got there. We had a two night reservation and only stayed one because we couldn’t find any other place. I do not recommend anybody stay here.

Dirty!

Has a sign on window, "to get full refund must claim within 15 minutes of check-in" was one of out first red flags... Room was very dirty, spiders all along corners, stains on bed spreads, pulled down comforter, sheets covered, and I mean fully covered, with black hair. Only stay if you literally have no other place to stay, even if that means you don't have a car to sleep in. The desk receptionist was great though, no questions asked gave us a refund immediately.

Ye travelers beware! We were in our room for 20 seconds and it was enough to turn around and ask for a refund. The outside property is a dump and is more "hourly" motel than actual hotel. We walked into our room and it smelled like a bar from the 80s when it was legal to smoke inside. The three little pillows on the bed were from the original owners 20 years ago. The top of the bed spread looked like someone let their dog roll around in the mud and then dry off on the comforter. I would be worried had I actually stayed I would've gotten bed bugs, malaria or worse. Giving this property 1 star feels like an injustice to 1 star. The woman working the front desk was nice enough to issue a refund, but she didn't seem surprised that we immediately came back to the office to ask for one. Trust me when I say this you do not want to stay here and Red Roof Inn should be embarrassed to have their name assocated with the property.

we couldn’t stay here. we left early because we felt unsafe and everything in the room seemed stained. the woman who checked us in seemed very nice and the parking lot was well lit with security cameras. but couldn’t get over the condition of the rooms and we think we saw bullet holes in a door.

Many bugs, cigarette burns in comforter, no tv remote, mold, phone broken, reserved two beds and got one, lamp shade urine stain, various smells such as smoke, urine, poop, and marijuana, loitering people, a stray cat outside the door all night, no towels, garbage everywhere outside the room, one roll of toilet paper already opened, blood like stains on wall

Room 244 We asked for a fly swatter and they said they didn’t have one. We asked about the tv not working and they said none of the tvs were working due to internet. We told her the room was filthy and she didn’t respond. I think it very odd that she has a sign up saying after 15 minutes no refunds, never have seen that at a hotel. I thought Red Roof was reputable but this experience has changed my mind. They have people living there and abandoned cars parked there.

The Hotel Room was in terrible condition. Light switches worked intermittently. Crumbling drywall and floor trim eroding and falling apart. Floor was dirty and had several bugs. I have stayed at this place before and just want a cheap but clean place to stay overnight. But this is the very worse condition I have seen at this place. At least have the Coffee ready in the morning.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. We booked 3 rooms for homecoming game. 1 room -Tv remote is broken. Not enough pillows. Stains all over bedding, marks on walls. Super strong weed smell, sink would not drain 2 room - stains all over bedding and marks on walls and exposed wiring, no locking latch on doors, no smoke detector 3 room - broken toilet, will not flush (literally no handle to flush) Broken lamps, missing shades, paint on floor, stains all over bedding, marks all over walls, not enough pillows, water was turned off, not locking latch on door It was so bad that the hotel offered to refund us for one of the rooms and we still have not seen it come through. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Hands down the worst dump I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty roach infested. Parking lot worse than the surface of the moon. Corporate Red Roof should step in and get rid of these owners and tear this place down. Not enough room here to list all the problems.
