Good place with coffee shop

A good hotel near the university. Clean rooms comes with breakfast sandwich and cofffee. Pet friendly.

We booked a room at this motel on Expedia. Expedia listed a room with a single king bed, but when we got there, the attendant apologetically informed us that they didn't have any rooms with single king beds available in spite of what Expedia had listed. They stated that this is a pretty common issue with expedia. My wife and i were fine getting a room with two queen beds. The first room they put us in had a non functioning heater (it was around 15°F outside that night). Went to the front desk and informed the attendant and she was very apologetic and quickly gave us keys to a different room not far off. This new room had a good working heater and the wife and i stayed warm and toasty in spite of sleeping in separate beds. The staff there is very friendly and very accommodating. And the complementary coffee and breakfast sandwich are delicious.

The service was great. I loved that I could park right in front of my room. I loved the breakfast and coffee. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few other options to purchase food. Maybe juices and water bottles. Although there were no water bottles, the employee kindly gave me water in cups. It would just be nice not to have to go to the gas station to get snacks/drinks if they were right at the cafe.

Nothing fancy but a nice, clean, comfortable room. It is close to dining and shopping and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful! Awesome coffee shop on site also.

Great stay. Check in was quick, easy and friendly. Very unique and cool set up with have a drive through coffee and sandwich shop as the lobby. Loved the remodeled rooms. Very clean and well appointed. Price was amazing also

The plus side is it’s really close to Wexner and some dining. It’s pretty clean but the floors could have used a little more attention. But for what we needed it for and the price we paid it was fine I’ve been in way worse for more. One other thing is the noise. It’s closer to the hospital so you’re gonna hear a lot of sirens and helicopters in and out plus it sits next to train tracks so you’ll hear the train not the train whistle thank god. Is stay there again if I had business at the hospital cause you can be there in like 5 minutes or less

Look no further

We have stayed here twice now and have been pleased both times. The rooms are all updated and clean. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. We love the convenience of it being attached to Crimson Cup and definitely appreciate the complimentary breakfast sandwich and hot coffee! Very close to the OSU campus and 8 mins from Nationwide Arena. The rooms also have new refrigerators and microwaves and even have a garment steamer! I highly recommend this affordable but very nice hotel

Clean and upkept, front desk staff is attentive and kind. Are has tons of dining options as well as public transportation access! Parking is super convenient, and free! There’s an awesome coffee shop attached, honestly could not recommend this place anymore! Felt so safe the entire stay!

Breakfast sandwich fail

Everything was great. The room was nicer than I expected. The only bummer was they offered free breakfast sandwich from the coffee shop. When I went to receive it (before 10am) the lady at the desk just flat out told me no.
