Condo was advertised with a hot tub, I read a review from last year, same thing, everything was great but no hot tub. After booking I asked about the status of the hot tub. No response, so I assumed the hot tub was repaired, not the case. In my opinion, I should not have to pay the full amount due to false advertising. If you’re not a skier, you might not understand the relevance of no hot tub. If any manager wants to discuss, I’d be happy to have that conversation. The management company Sky Run was very accommodating, no complaints at all. The building management of the Peregrine, not happy at all.
