Amazing staff!
My sister and I booked this hotel for 3 nights. Each day we met new and different staff who were all so kind amd welcoming. They were so accommodating, it made us feel at home. Not to mention the location was great as well. I would definitely book with them again.

This hotel was very well located, even though it’s outside of the old town, the mosque is about a 500 meter walk and everything around is very close by. It is a nice property and the staff were very welcoming

Lovely room, heat not so good
I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. The only issue was the heating system was not powerful enough to heat the large room. Even on the maximum setting it took almost 2 hours to warm up a bit, and I doubt the room heated to 20 or 21C. Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent in my room. The in room phone did not work, so every time I had an issue, I had to go down to the front desk.

Most excellent!
Wow! Incredible hotel was massive rooms! Lucia at the front desk was so helpful, and I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. It was only a 8 min walk into the historic city center and 15 min to the train station. Definitely staying here again!

I extended my stay by one night, again booking via Expedia, but I had to specifically request the bottle of sparkling wine which was offered through the booking with Expedia as I am a Silver member. The hotel did in fact give me two bottles of wine for my two separate bookings made via Expedia, which I do appreciate. However, it is the hotel that should mention it and honour this offer to the guest and not the guest who should have to remind them and to keep asking. If the hotel makes an offer of a perk, whether via Expedia or any other website, or their own website, it should make sure to offer this perk to the guest when they arrive at the time of check in.

This is a good hotel with staff who are generally polite and helpful, though some of them may need to improve their English comprehension. I had a nice burger in the restaurant on the first night there and had coffee there on two mornings. The service in the restaurant was always friendly and professional. What I did not like, was the monotonous piano and other generic piped music that is played in the lobby and restaurant area continuously. It is rather depressing and makes the entire hotel feel lifeless. Please consider changing the music or having no music playing. The glass doors of the shower in the room should have stickers (glass manifestations/safety decals) put onto them for safety to prevent people from bumping into them and injuring themselves.
