These are factual statements. I don't have any issues with the owner or the overall condo. Housekeeping was in there an hour past check in. We thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived since people were inside talking. They left all the towels in the unit dying. It took me 4 more drying cycles that evening to have towels to bathe with. The dryer needs maintenance and didnt seem to vent. The next morning I woke up and found I slept on gum stuck to the top sheet and had to make the bed again. Freezer ice maker was broken with no note. We tried to use it and it froze the door shut. Bathroom towel rack couldn't be used it was falling out of the wall. The rules are to leave the place how you find it, although you have a cleaning fee. That means dishes, stripping linens, trash... I didn't mind, but know that before coming. I did dishes on the way out and realized the housekeepers didn't unwrap the dish soap pack and found it jammed in the soap tray, which means we used dirty dishes the whole stay. The owner said she felt bad and refunded the cleaning fee. We booked this place since we were told the dune pool was heated and it's an awesome pool. Very disappointed it was not and another small crowded pool was. Also the beach walks are 3 stories high incase you have mobility issues. The plus was bed was comfortable and it was well stocked and quiet. Nice hot showers, cable, and games to play. Cute property. Overall, I would have booked another place for the price. Maybe with new housekeeping and maintenance this could be a great summer rental. We went for our ten year anniversary, but I wouldn't put much more than two people in there. Also there are stickers on the property of you have pets.
