Thanksgiving football weekend for 7 lifelong friends
Seven lifelong brothers converged on this beautiful cabin from North Alabama for a Thanksgiving weekend celebration, and the property did not disappoint! Every amenity was exquisite, from two complimentary bottles of wine and moscato to well-appointed and stocked kitchen utensils, delicious chocolate treats, Christmas decorations galore, the theater room, the fire pit, the hot tub, the pool, comfortable bedrooms, and quick communication, this is the perfect getaway for families, friends, or anyone who needs to recharge their batteries! Thank you for the absolute best time, and we will absolutely come back!

Perfect retreat
My family and I had just moved out of our house and we needed a recovery time to relax and get away. This was just what we needed. Loved everything about this home. We are from East Tn and the mountains are one of the favorite parts of our beloved home. Being able to enjoy it in such a beautiful home with so much to do was perfect! Now to convince my husband we need a movie room 😉

Perfect family stay!
Wow, we were not bored! The kids spent tons of time in the pool and hot tub, we enjoyed sports and movies on the big screen, and explored beautiful hikes nearby. This was great for all ages in our party (kids through grandparents) and was an escape from the tourist crowd despite it being spring break season.

Great cabin and stay
This cabin is amazing. All of our friends/family who have seen pictures have been asking about this cabin. Everything you need and more is at this cabin…including stuff for s'mores which our kids loved. Of course they also loved the games, pool, and theater room. This cabin is far enough away to be peaceful/quiet to enjoy the mountains but also close enough to enjoy the cities of gatlinburg and pigeon forge during the day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing!!!
Perfect for the family. Pictures represented the property accurately. Highly recommend. Indoor pool and hot tub stole the show. Theater was a huge hit. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is perfect for rafting and zip lining. Access to Gatlinburg is easy. Hosts made the stay great with all we needed to know and answered questions quickly.

We had a great Stay
The cabin was beautiful and all of my friends had a great time. The check-in process was easy and straight forward. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only problem is the pool had way to much chlorine in it, it was hard to stay in the pool room for more than a hour. But other than that we had a great time.

Felt like home
We stayed in the cabin for a week while visiting the smoky mountains, and loved everything about it. I enjoyed getting up in the morning and opening up the back screened door to listen to all the wildlife, and enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck (there are three to choose from) Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and I felt it to be just the right size for our family. We ended up staying in most of the vacation, instead of doing the touristy type things, because the cabin kept us all entertained, and relaxed. Without a doubt, when we return, I will be looking for this cabin again to stay. The host was very responsive to texts, and questions, no matter when I would send them. I'm already dreaming of coming back "home" =)

Spring Break - Two Happy Families
Our group consisted of two families - 4 adults, three teens and a 9-year old, and each of us loved our stay! The amenities at this cabin are even better than the pictures in the listing. The pool is huge, watching a movie or sports in the theater room is an awesome experience, and the hot tub is relaxing and its room offers beautiful views. The pool table, foosball table, and arcade game were nice and a lot of fun. Our families had plenty of room with ample beds and bedrooms and plenty of places to simply hangout in and outside the cabin. The couches and beds were comfortable as were the patio furniture on the decks and the adirondack chairs by the fire pit. The kitchen was very well-stocked with all utensils needed, multiple coffee makers (including K-cups, a standard drip maker, and a coffee grinder), spices, and lots of nice cups, pans and dishes. The charcoal grill also worked nicely. The owners are very friendly, caring and responsive. On our first night, there was a power outage throughout the area due to abnormally high winds. The owners got notice of the outage, called to check on us and sent someone to bring extra flashlights - very thoughtful! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Couldn’t ask for BETTER!!!!!
We continually travel using VRBOs and continue to have wonderful success. This trip was no different!! We had a wonderful experience. We traveled with friends and had 10 people staying at this house. Ranging from adults, teenagers, preteens, and a child. This house offered it all for all different ages. We didn’t hear “I’m bored” once!!! We ran into a few minor issues and the owners were incredibly prompt responding and continued to check on us afterwards. Can’t say enough about this rental property and area!!!!

An amazing experience! The cabin is beautiful with every amenity you might need!! The owners are amazing to work with and responded to any question within minutes. The views are breathtaking and the house was perfect on every level. We cannot recommend highly enough and hope to visit again!!

Beautiful cabin but needs attention
This is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities. We loved it. However, there are cockroaches in the kitchen and first floor bathroom. Owner sent an exterminator but we are still unsettled about bringing bugs home. Owner said he would credit me cleaning fee which felt like a joke. I also questioned the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub which neither had any smell of chlorine. That’s a first in my 50+ years of swimming. When asked, owner said they are treated before each stay. I hope so because it’s irresponsible to have guests swimming in bacteria soup. I may not receive my credit due to this review, but it’s more important to me to tell the truth.

Incredible cabin!
The cabin was amazing and was even better than advertised. Our stay felt quite luxurious yet homely. My husband and the kids were obsessed with the theater room. We quite enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The view from the hot tub is celestial! Kitchen was impeccably stocked with everything needed for cooking, including a nice spice rack with a good variety of spices. Every balcony presented an amazing view of the mountains. Cosby is a lovely town that offers some of the things from Gatlingburg without the crowd and higher pricing. The jacuzzi tubs in every bedroom were the cherry on top to the experience. We will definitely book again!

Amazing House
This house was very beautiful and very clean. Our whole family enjoyed a very relaxing vacation The hosts thought of everything and were very easy to communicate with. Before we arrived there were power outages that effected the pool heater and they had that fixed promptly. We would definitely recommend Franklin and Susan’s home.

Large cabin was great for large family gathering. Spacious, yet many private spaces. Indoor pool and hot-tub was great for cooler weather. Beautiful home accents. Responsive owners provided many home staples that made the cabin feel like home.
