Front desk staff was unresponsive to request for extra towel from housekeeping on first request. Had to return to front desk and request a second time. There was no housekeeping room make up service on Saturday Feb.15. When questioned as to why, the front desk claimed that the hotel was very busy and noted that we had booked through a third party service (Expedia). Eventually at 10:00 pm housekeeping came to the room for ten minutes. The same thing happened again on Sunday Feb.16. We were gone from 10:00 am till 9:00 pm. Upon return to an un made room we went to the front desk,explained the situation and were given clean towels and two vouchers for coffee. No housekeeping service. On Monday the 17th housekeeping resumed, however on Tuesday the 19th, at 1:30 pm we placed a call to housekeeping to make certain that they were coming to the room. They did come about 1:45pm. We checked out on Wednesday the 19th. We will not stay at that hotel again as we were very dissatisfied with housekeeping service.
