Ernüchternde Anreise und Aufenthalt
"Leider war bereits die Ankunft mit Check-in an der Réception sehr ernüchternd. Keine Erklärungen zu den Ski Lockern, obwohl wir mit Skikleidern ankamen. Keine Erklärung zur Tiefgarage. Dies hatten wir dann am 3. Tag herausgefunden... Insgesamt war die Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Schade."
