The staff was helpful and kind. The grounds were beautiful. The resort is a good size so that there are not long lines for food, beverages or activities. The rock show was really fun! The food was good overall.

This was our fourth visit to the Iberostar Cozumel. The grounds are well maintained- very beautiful landscaping. We did not like the wild Coatis allowed in the dining area (on the table) or feeling pressured to participate in a tour for stays at other Iberostars. The staff were always helpful and friendly. This hotel needs some updating to their furniture in dining rooms and the auditorium. Nice beach and pool area. The fitness instructor for aquafit and yoga is amazing!

We loved the setting and the nature around us. A huge reason that we stayed was that I wanted to try diving. We tried the Discover Diving program at the Dressel Dive Center. Our instructors Juani and Alan were absolutely great - we could not have asked for better instructors. In fact will come back and stay again at which time we take the diving certification program and I will ask for them again - they were that good.

The resort was fabulous! The food and drinks were amazing. I have 2 recommendations. First get a better method of serving coffee. Your machine brewed coffee is horrible. The saving grace was the legit espresso machine at the front bar, it was the only place to get real coffee. Second start investigating in new beds. Ours was border line on being very worn out. Too squishy.

I love that this property is set in jungle like surroundings with wildlife allowed to roam free. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Service is friendly and excellent. Buffet food has a great variety, plus there are four additional restaurants and great cappucinos at the bar. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing resort with diving on site this will fit the bill perfectly. If you are looking for a lively party type place with shops and nighlife, look elsewhere. This is my second visit and I love it!
