This property looks exactly like the photos. It’s decorated in a woodsy log cabin theme and it really is “on theme.” There is kitchy woodsy cabin decore everywhere and taxidermy in the living room and master bedroom. I really wanted this vibe but just be aware that you will some mounted hunting trophies looking at you.
It sleeps far more people than can be comfortably accommodated for dining or sitting in the living room. Again—exactly as pictured. There is a bar off the kitchen island that seats 3 and a kitchen table that seats 4.
I really liked how soft the beds were but a couple of folks in our group found them too soft. The beds in the bunk house seemed more firm.
As advertised, there are only 2 bathrooms and one is inside the master bdrm upstairs. The downstairs bathroom will get a lot of use pre and post hot tub showering.
They have all of the cooking stuff (including spices and slow cooker!) you’ll need to make food for 10 or fewer people, if you are filling out the capacity, you might want to bring a larger soup pot. They have tons of utensils, kitchen tools, dishes, mugs and a variety of glassware, including champagne flutes and wine glasses. Dishwasher and laundry work well and soap is included. There are a zillion towels. Would love a laundry basket for guest use. Could use a bench by door to sit when removing boots.
Hot tub works well and comfortably seats 3 adults. 4 adults feel a bit cramped but doable.
Great communication from owner. Loved the place.
