Stunning Location
This condo has a view of Mount Crested Butte itself, and while we were there, the fall colors were dazzling. The deck shares this view, and we really enjoyed sitting out there. Stephen was really friendly and helpful when we had trouble locating the unit and turning on the tub faucet. ;) It was nice to have two bedrooms, each with their own bath. The carpet and furnishings, etc. could use some updating for the rate, but overall, it was everything we needed in a great location with a friendly host.

We were in Crested Butte to attend a wedding at the Mountain Wedding Garden. The condo was so close to the venue and close to town and hikes. Very convenient and clean.

Great unit and location!
This was a great spot. The layout was super efficient and perfect for a family. Morning coffee on the porch while looking at Mt. Crested Butte was an amazing way to start each day. This condo had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and hot tub right next door was a plus.

Great Location and perfect for a family
This condo was a great find! Close to everything, right on the shuttle route, and came fully stocked with everything my family of 5 needed (there were only 4 bath towels and 4 pool towels- for a condo that lists 6 people I expected at least that many towels, but we made it work). The pool and hot tub were great as well. The owner was quick to respond and able to extend our reservation at the last minute. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Mt. Crested Butte.

Room number and location were a little vague in the check-in details. Power was off for this side of the street upon arrival and was restored shortly after arriving. Other than that our family loved it!

Great 2 bed/2 bath condo across from ski area
Very nice and convenient condo directly across from the ski area. 1st floor condo makes getting in and out very easy. Ski bus stops about 20 yards from front of the building and runs every 15 minutes during the beginning and end of the day. Five minute (if that) bus ride to base. Great condo for two couples or any arrangement where a separate bed and bath set up is desired.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLEAN, GROUND FLOOR!
We visited Crested Butte for the first time and this location was perfect! LOVED having the condo on the ground floor--so easy to unpack and pack- no stairs or elevators to deal with! The pool, hot tub and sauna were very easy to find and to access. The condo is super close to the bus route to the base of the mountain and if you don't have to carry equipment, you can walk to the base within 3 minutes. The kitchen is very well stocked and if you bring a lot of food, you'll need to move some of the items around to store the food in the cabinets. We moved the glassware and coffee mugs to the upper shelves. The two bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the sitting area in the living room was very comfortable. The condo is a corner unit, which made it very quiet and we couldn't hear anyone else in the building. Communication with the condo's property agent (Shay) was superb. The bus system between Mt. Crested Butte and the town of Crested Butte is great! Once we parked our vehicle, we didn't need it again until we left. We used the bus system to go into town. One bit of advice--- if you are going to be shopping for food, stop in Gunnison and STOCK UP!

Great condo and location!
Had a great week of skiing and enjoying the hot tub. Easy access to pool / hot tub and bus stop. Condo was nicely stocked. Only problem was getting access code on the first night, but after several calls to management we got that resolved and rest of week was fine.

Amazing Views
What a wonderful property! Great views and location! Right next door to the spa - which is a must after a great day skiing. The condo is very comfy with bathrooms in both bedrooms and the lounge area is very spacious. We had a fantastic stay!

Everything We Needed Plus Amazing Views!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Blue Flax. Excellent location across from the ski base and it included pretty much everything we needed. Our son particularly enjoyed swimming, so that was a rare treat on Mt. CB. We thought the road would be loud, but we didn't really hear the cars with the windows closed.

We had a nice little weekend at The Chateaux at Mount Crested Butte. Our condo was a comfortable place to call home while the family took part in Junior Bike Week events. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved the pool! Would stay here again.
