Nice house, neighborhood. Had issues with electricity (breaker tripping) took over 1 hours for finally the message got to the owner. She was able to help me immediately. Management company in my opinion needs to be better prepared…. They could not help me and kept saying the local group would contact me.Finally found a number local and it was the cleaning people, who were able to contact the owner for us. She called immediately .if I were the owner I would find a different management group. I would also suggest they would include all the instructions for responsibilities that we should
Do on the orig ial confirmation email that gave us the direction a to get in the house. I was on vacation and not checking emails every day. So I don’t see the email about stripping the beds, which would have helped to have that knowledge when we checked in.
