Cool property, great outdoor area including floating dock. Turtles, mullet and manatees off the dock! We all enjoyed our stay. Only plus would be if there were beach chairs to use at King’s Bay beach

Great stay!
Beautiful place, convenient location, easy water access with kayaks onsite, fire pit stocked with firewood, and great communication from hosts!We saw tons of manatees, were able to kayak to restaurants and all the nearby springs, located in the middle of multiple parks and beaches, and hiking/biking trail right down the road. We will certainly book again!

Perfect place for kayaking to the springs
This rental was spotless. One of the cleanest I've ever rented. The beds were very comfortable as well. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room We spent most of our time on the back patio. The rental said it came with 4 kayaks, but there were 5 for us. That was a nice touch. So were the snorkels and masks.My daughter swam with a manatee right off the dock!The only thing I was disappointed about is that it did not come with a recycling bin. The town of Crystal river has single stream recycling and I saw the neighbors put out their bins. We ended up keeping all of our recyclables and driving out to the recycling center in Lecanto.

Everything about our stay and the property was perfect. The property is as nice or even better than advertised. Having direct access to the water and kayaks was very convenient and allowed us to avoid the cost of renting kayaks elsewhere. The restaurants in the area are very close and convenient. Fantastic experience
Taylor and Debs house was brilliant. All the fixtures and appliances are high end and the beds and sofas are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need and the showers are powerful and hot with loads of hotel quality towels. The best thing however is its location on an inlet right off the bay. Sitting on the deck is delightful and we saw a manatee there when we first arrived. The kayaks that were provided are great and it’s an amazing experience to paddle over to the 3 sisters springs where the manatees are amassed. The fire pit was also a lovely addition. We went on a trip to snorkel with manatees which is an absolute must and a truly amazing experience. We had a wonderful trip.

Great location, cute property!
Great house for our family scalloping trip! We've stayed in the area at a local resort, as well as camped in our RV, but this was a great way to stay! Loved the open and responsive communication with Tailor. The kids loved kayaking right there off the dock, and it was a perfect set up to bring our boat and tie up overnight for easy access to the water. Also, it sounds silly, but I LOVED the fact that they had a ton of towels! We did laundry while there, but we didn't had to. The house offered a ton of fluffy, white towels for the crew :) We'll definitely be back.

Great place close to everything!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and had all the essentials needed. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were nice too! Plenty of fluffy towels. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The backyard dock was great for fishing. The kids loved being able to do that every night. We used the fire pit too which was nice to sit by in the evenings. The Kayaks at the house were great and easy to launch from the house. Communication was quick and easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and Grocery store just a few minutes away. Thanks again Tailor and Deb for your hospitality and all your help and recommendations. Definitely was an unforgettable trip!! We'll be back!

Crystal River Doesn’t Disappoint
Short stay to celebrate our anniversary and to swim with manatee. A Stones Throw was the perfect location, everything we needed was within 5 minutes of the house. The house was perfect, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, perfect inside and out. The kayaks were a bonus and saved $$ not having to rent. We kayaked to three sisters springs. The dock and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I would definitely stay again if available when we return to the area.

Absolutely fantastic. The owners thought of everything. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with a chef’s kitchen (though we didn’t cook a lot). The kayaks and fishing equipment were top notch, as were the grill and equipment (I’m a charcoal guy so the park-style grill was a great bonus). We utilized it all. The location is great - so close to everything that Crystal River has to offer. And the folks in Crystal River are so friendly. It’s a laid back place, and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

We loved the location and appreciated being able to use the kayaks. The dual coffee maker and the coffee that was supplied was also very much appreciated. It was handy to have some spices and cooking ingredients. There were surprisingly few bugs, so we were able to enjoy the Adirondack chairs and the outdoor table daily. Thanks so much!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW
We all had a great time at this crystal River house! Four of us friends have always wanted to swim with the manatees and this is the only place in the USA you can legally do it. The house was easy to get into. The owners were very attentive when we had a small washing machine issue and got it fixed that same day. Lots of little added plusses around the house. Beds were comfy. Showers were awesome. Ceiling fans and tvs in every bedroom and living room. Lots of kayaks and life vest, etc for us. It was a great quiet neighborhood as well. Make sure to have breakfast at Grannies and lunch/dinner at Dan's Crab Shack. So good! That you for lketting us stay at your house! - Michell & Diane, Lynda & Ernie

Would live here if I could!
What a wonderful stay! Family trip with our 2 boys, 11 and 8, along with my parents, 73 and 72. Even though we had 2 straight days of rain, we enjoyed getting our wet suits on, fishing off the dock and paddling out to the bay. Manatees, manatees everywhere! Even saw some bald eagles! House has everything you need...beds so comfy! Outdoor shower which does have hot water was great! Would definietely stay again!
