Atendimento excelente, café da manhã simples mais estava bom, conforto do quarto bom. Seria interessante investir em uma manutenção no quarto e banheiro. No mais nos atendeu bem durante a estadia.

Localização excelente, ótimo custo-benefício, quarto confortável. A pia do banheiro é bastante baixa, o que me causou um estranhamento e a torneira era muito pequena, de difícil uso. Mas nada que impediu a estadia de ser satisfatória. Eu com certeza ficaria no mesmo hotel outras vezes. Uma dica: se viajar nos finais de semana ou feriados, recomendo pedir um quarto do lado oposto ao barzinho que tem aos fundos do hotel, por causa do barulho.

Localização muito boa, perto de tudo e tem um shopping ao lado, porém região exige atenção (não é muito segura). Simpatia e cordialidade dos funcionários é excelente. O quarto é limpo e aconchegante. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Tem um bar nos fundos do hotel que é barulhento, mas nada que incomode ao ponto de atrapalhar uma noite de sono. No geral uma ótima relação custo x benefício.

Bem diferente do que visualizamos online na contratação da estadia. Banheiro apertado, recepção( noturna) com muitas questões não respondidas ao nos receber, um pouco atencioso. Quarto disponibilizado em estado bem inferior ao publicado. Estrutura de banheiro nada agradável. Estacionamento distante do estabelecimento e ao chegar ao local valor cobrado diferente do que repassado pelo recepcionista hotel. Pontos positivos: bom café da manhã, recepcionista diurnas muito atenciosas. Equipe de trabalho (cozinha, organização) muito educados e gentis
