Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Stay away if you want to feel you are in Curitiba

This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

Great value and location for downtown hotel

Excellent balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of downtown. Extensive but simple breakfast buffet. Overall a good value for the money.

Boa localização & ótima equipe

O hotel conta com uma localização espetacular. Durante a semana que fiquei hospedado, pude andar bastante pelas ruas de Curitiba e conhecer vários locais legais. A estrutura do hotel, em si, é antiga; os quartos, um pouco velhos, mas a equipe, sobretudo os recepcionistas Neide e Mateus, fazem com que a estada seja ainda mais agradável. Só tenho a agradecer pela atenção e cuidado que toda a equipe teve comigo. No mais, recomendo aos que estão em dúvidas no que tange ao local onde ficar na Terra do Pinhão, ainda mais se for uma viagem solo, como foi a minha.

Ao que se refere a localização o hotel é perfeito! Próximo a tudo, de fato no centro! Para quem irá fazer o passeio do ônibus aos pontos turísticos, tem uma parada na frente do hotel! O hotel estava com a pia rachada, não ofereceu lençol, precisei solicitar na recepção e mesmo estando em 3 um casal e 1 criança, só deram 1 lençol de solteiro. Limpeza do quarto, não foram fazer o serviço de quarto, não possui tapete no banheiro o que deixa bem ruim devido molhar bastante. O chuveiro estava pingando. O frigobar funciona, ar-condicionado tbm, não havia cheiro de morfo. Café da manhã simples sem muitas opções. O que vale realmente é a localização, muitas coisas precisam melhorar. O hotel diz que é obrigatório deixar o cartão chave do quarto na recepção todas as vezes q vc sair.

HOTEL MEDIANO

A estadia, no geral, foi muito boa, mas tem alguns pontos que reduzem um pouco caso você pretenda usufruir mais do hotel: - Não tem academia. - As TVs são bem antigas... Imagem às vezes trêmulas. Qualidade bem ruim mesmo, tanto de som quanto de vídeo. - Um dos canais abertos não tinha som. Enviei mensagem no whatsapp da recepção e não me responderam. - Ao chegar o frigobar estava encharcado e pingando. A bandeija debaixo do congelador estava lotada de água. - O frigobar é bem velhinho... Mas atende. - Tem uma pizzaria quase em frente. Solicitei uma pizza pelo ifood e a pizza chegou bem cedo. Assim que chegou a mensagem "SAIU PRA ENTREGA" eu me arrumei e desci pra esperar... Nesse tempo, o cara já tinha entregue minha pizza na recepção. Ninguém me enviou mensagem avisando que chegou (nem da pizzaria, nem do hotel). Fiquei mais de meia hora reclamando no ifood, sendo que a pizza já estava na recepção. Embora tenham sido vários pequenos problemas, não deixei isso me atrapalhar e, de modo geral, não me incomodaram tanto quanto parece. Tirei tudo de letra, então se vc já souber desses pequenos perrengues sua estadia pode ser ainda melhor que a minha.

Hotel sem água quente para o banho

Nós chegamos no sábado e conseguimos antecipar o check in. Deixamos a mala e saímos para fazer o city tour. Passamos o dia fora. Depois de um dia cansativo e o jantar, voltamos ao hotel para descansar e não tinha água quente. Acionamos a recepção, q alegou q a manutenção era só até às 17h. Insistimos e apareceu o porteiro, que alegou q a caldeira estava desligada e teria sido religado, em até 1h a água voltaria ao normal. Meu marido tomou banho frio e após 1h, a água permanecia fria. Acionamos a recepção novamente que disse q nada poderia fazer, mas pediriam para verificar no dia seguinte. Com isso, tbm tomei banho frio. No dia seguinte, tínhamos um passeio cedo e, assim que acordamos, testamos q água da torneira e chuveiro e estavam esquentando. Novamente passamos o dia fora e ao chegar, de novo não havia água quente para banho. Acionamos novamente a recepção e o atendente pediu pra deixar o chuveiro ligado por 10 minutos pra esquentar. Cronometrei esse tempo e a água permaneceu fria. Desci novamente na recepção e o atendente Luis solucionou nosso problema, nos transferindo para outro hotel da rede. Apesar de ter sido resolvido no segundo dia, fiquei um pouco irritada porque se havia essa possibilidade, deveriam ter oferecido logo no primeiro dia, mas enfim, não questionei. O hotel para onde fomos transferidos, tinha o básico, incluindo a água quente para o banho.
