Kindness staff

Small property, good for a short stay. Owners are extremely kindness and great people. The hotel needs some improvents but the service compensate its simplicity.

Because the airline canceled our afternoon flight from Medellin to Lima we missed our connecting flight to Cusco and had to take one the next morning. I therefore had to cancel my stay at this hotel and was only one hour too late to do this and therefore we were not refunded!

Awesome little hotel in the historic center

Friendly staff, spotless room, a shorty walk to La plaza de armas and the historic center of Cusco. I would totally stay there again!

A very good option! In 5 minutes you can walk to the Main Square. There are many supermarkets and stores around! Lots of sights(e.g. Temple of the sun) are very close by. Friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing!!! Only issue was that most of the windows face a wall and you don’t get as much airflow.

Ehhh, probably not again

This is a decent place in a pinch, but not preferable. The place was clean enough to be passable, but I wouldn't bring a guest. There are no blackout shades, and they leave lights on outside the windows all night. The floors are so creaky that you hear them when other guests walk by. Warm water is available, but not hot, and not at certain times of day. Also be careful about leaving items behind, they may become property of the housekeeping staff.
