It was a block from the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful anytime we spoke to them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The rooftop pool is beautiful but it was too chilly for us to enjoy it. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was such a wonderful hotel, i wish i could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuine. The breakfast was incredible, the food was excellent quality and selection was outstanding. The view from the room was also stunning, waking up to the sounds and sights of Danang beach. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the only thing missing was hair conditioner, that would have made this hotel a 10 out of 10.

We were disappointed with our stay here. We needed to ask several times for our room to be cleaned on separate days, needed to ask for toilet roll also. Breakfast was of poor quality also. We had a balcony….:you couldn’t open the door wide enough to stand on it. Comfy bed though

The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast buffet was included in the price and they had different things everyday. Would stay here again!

What made our stay here was the staff, in particular Bobby at reception who was always very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. He helped us arrange a late check-out and even offered us beach towels when we mentioned we were going to the beach! Tiger who was the in the kitchen, was also very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic!!!!! Would highly recommend.

We had wonderful time here. The hotel is not located right next to the beach, but only a block away from it. Any eatery places are nearby the hotel. Hotel’s staff are wonderful here!!!

This is an average hotel at best, not luxurious as the name suggests. Rooms are clean but old. Breakfast options were limiting and very local, including the coffee. Spa was basic as well and gym even more so. The afternoon tea was nothing like the pictures on Expedia’s site; rather breakfast items were recycled onto a small, flat board and offered as afternoon tea. It was so bad that I had to take a picture. Staff and location were great which is what brought this rating up.

Superb hotel in a great location. Loved everything about. Initially stayed 3 nights at Golden Lotus Luxury hotel nearby and then booked 4 nights at the Grand. Both hotels are good but the Grand is more modern.

Great hotel and stay in Danang

We had a beautiful room with city and beach view. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect, many restaurants, laundry facilities and spas. It was walking distance to the beach. It was a great stay.
