Property is dirty. The furniture in the lobby was filthy brown the jets in the Jacuzzi did not work. The pool area was filthy. The hot water in the room was lukewarm at best. The chairs in two of the rooms we had were also dirty and even rip so stuffing exposed exposed. No towels in the gym or the pool even after we left them a note and came back they’re still or no towels in the pool or gym. We asked for a late check out for both rooms the girl at the front desk documented it in the next morning. They called us acting like it was the first day had heard of the late check out even though it was the same lady working the front desk seemed a bit unorganized.

They were really good. Lady in the front was understanding and let me check in early due to me landing earlier than expected. Room is bigger and than expect, the whole bed is just so comfy and soft. Would definitely come here again.

Went to take a shower and the shower head was leaking from the treads and was spraying the walls past the shower curtain. Water was everywhere on the floor and walls. I chose not to complain due to my tiredness and just cleaned and went to sleep

The room we were assigned had two areas that were not clean. The upholstered chair had several white spots on it, and the desk looked like it had not been wiped off. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Good for sleeping and eating

Room was comfy. Glad it was a hot breakfast. Shower curtain was too short so water got on the floor. The tv did not have options for cable or streaming. The room had good curtains to help keep dark for sleep. Walls were quiet to the outside and to each other. Not much around it for walking so restaurants and such are about a 10 minute drive.

Overnight stay

Overnight stay. Front office staff very friendly. Breakfast and pool were nice for the price point. Beds very uncomfortable. Unable to get a good night's rest due to this. Also, blanket on bed was tattered and there was mold on the shower curtain and in the corners of the tub. At least one bath towel had a mildewed smell.

This property has a lot of potential and the photos online looked good, that is why we booked. When we got there we immediately noticed the property had not been maintained and it is very run down. Not a good value.

The room was not well cleaned.. there is 0 room cleaning/up-keeping service.. your garbage never gets emptied.. basically a bad service and dirty place overall.

Mediocre for the cost.

I felt like for the price of the stay it was not really worth it. The shower had what was very obvious mold that they had tried to caulk over to cover. Hair that was not ours in the shower. Low quality re painting in spots. Elevator was very shaken and slow. The location was uncomfortable for two females to be staying alone. Parking was a nightmare! Beds were comfy and appeared clean, microwave and fridge worked well. I feel like the price was not worth the quality. However it wasn’t terrible. Probably won’t stay here again for this price.
