College tour/and college horse shows
Great layout and location great for travel between Dallas and Fort Worth. House nicely furnished and very clean! Would love to be here for a game at the stadium next time. Had couple technical difficulties but Ken very responsive and was able to reboot internet remotely which solved that issue and needed new garage remote battery and he brought that over too. Thanks!

Nice set up for families and friend gathering.
Very nice property. Conveniently located. Each bedroom was separated from each other which is great! There are downstairs ensuite bedrooms and 1 upstairs. 2 downstairs bedrooms without a bathroom but a very nice full bathroom nearby.

Everything you can possible need and super clean
We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place. The kitchen was fully stocked, the house was very clean, and house directions were clear. The comfy beds and the blackout curtains made for a restful night, and it was well stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee pods, tea, etc. The Pac-man arcade game, putting green, and shuffleboard were great fun for a quick break (although the can of shuffleboard "sand" was empty). My only extremely minor suggestion is to have a towel hook near the shower door. I can't think of another thing I'd change. Thanks for a great staff retreat!

Summer Vacation/Annual Baseball Trip
We are two families of four that travel together each summer to visit ballparks and vacation. The house was located perfectly for that and convenient to downtown Dallas and Ft Worth. The house is spotless, clean, nicely decorated and feels brand new. Everyone was very happy with the house and comfortable. The Coffee/Tea "bar" was a nice touch and the putting green in the back was a hit as well.

Awesome place to stay
We enjoyed this property so much, absolutely beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect place for all of us. Our first visit to Texas and it was great. Beds were very comfortable, beautiful decor and everything you would need for your stay. Kids and adults had so much fun in the game room. We will be back for sure.

Solar Eclipse April 8, 2024
Was a great place for a Small family reunion. Place was exactly how It was describe. Lots of room and plenty of area for gathering for games and eating. We were able enjoy the back yard for the eclipse that is something we will never forget. The Hostess was very nice making sure everything was ok and and available if we needed anything . Differently will be recommending this house and if ever in Arlington will be staying here again

Awesome Stay
I came down with a group of friends for the USA v Mexico match and we had a blast. The place is unbelievable clean, large, and well thought out. There was always something for us to do and we had a great time in the backyard and the game room. The location was an easy walk to AT&T and a ton of good restaurants. Our host was also clear, communicative, and very friendly. Would ~highly~ recommend for large groups coming down for a game at AT&T.

Awesome property
Stayed at the property for a concert at AT&T stadium. Ken is an amazing host. His communication with us was timely, informative, and responsive. The house is perfect in every way; very upscale furnishings, comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location of the house is within walking distance to the AT&T stadium and the Globe Life Field. Highly recommend this property and Ken as a host.

This home was perfect for our family weekend stay for a Cowboys Eagles football game. Communicating with the owner was very easy. He made everything go very smoothly. We enjoyed the games in the house and outback. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Its an A+!!

2 Family Wedding Vaca
Our stay was great! The house is very clean and just as pictured. We came with two family’s (9 people) and we fit comfortably. It was pretty central to many areas we needed to be. The wedding was in Weatherford, we went into Dallas and hung out in Fort Worth. Live was within a mile and was a fun experience as well. The game room, spa and putting green were a fun addition to our stay! I would definitely stay at this property again if we ever have to come back to this area in Texas.

Immaculate house with all of the amenities
We stayed here with our family of 5, a babysitter and another family of 3. The house was in pristine condition and so many amenities for everyone. We had more than enough space and the kids and adults all had the best weekend. The house is SO clean, so organized! 10/10 recommend. The host was super accommodating and quick to respond. We stayed here while visiting the stockyards and it was an easy 25 minute drive. Definitely would come back. 12/10 location for six flags, cowboys, baseball, and restaurants.

Family Time
Stayed here with family for a get away and Texas Rangers Game. House is close enough to walk to the game. House was everything and more. We could not have asked for a better house for this trip. We look forward to staying here again.
