I stayed here dec 15th as i was flying to dublin i also paid for my car to be parked here and then re booked it for my flight back from dublin on the 29th of december the 15th was great but the 29th was horrible called for shuttle waited one hr called back no answer so paid another hotel to drop me off as i was exhausted from my travel had bottom floor last time so this time 3rd floor room 340 walked in floor was stcky no toilet rolls had brough refrigerated items fridge not working but i said whatever i am so tired just wanted to take shower no floir mat to stand on and one towel so i have taken pictures just not happy

We are a family of 5. The suite was perfect for us. It has 2 queen beds plus a pull out sofa bed. I choose this hotel because of price point, proximity to the airport, long term parking options and transfer to/from airport.

I have stayed at this property a few times when my flights from DFW have been delayed or cancelled. I choose this hotel because of the free shuttle and reasonable rates. My main reason for looking elsewhere is the condition of the shuttle van. It is warn-out and tired.
