Overall…

Our group stayed for a competition, and there were at least 4 other teams there, so we waited for everything from the elevator to breakfast. The elevators lurched a bit (not smooth) and my kid was terrified so she took the 6 flights of stairs several times a day. The room was nice, clean, and spacious- except for the postage-stamp- sized bathroom. You had to literally either walk into the shower or climb onto the toilet to close the bathroom door. There was shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, but no body lotion. There were no extra blankets in the room for the kid who got stuck sleeping on the couch. We did have plenty of plugs for all electronics. Breakfast would have been great, except they ran out of dishes (like I said before, lots of teams staying here…), ran out of several items, were slow to replace anything, and there was no one cleaning used dishes off of tables. I finally found a tub and bussed our own table to have somewhere to sit. We did love the central location; we were close to so many attractions. We have previously stayed here and used the tram service to Rangers games, but not in this trip. Bed was very comfy. Room was clean. Would we stay here again- yes.

Omg…. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this establishment…. From the warm welcoming check-in process with Jada… to the beautiful, spacious, and clean room we had…not to mention at a price you can’t beat. This stay was hands down best I have experienced in Arlington.

On my first night, I found cockroaches in my room. I was startled and went down to the lobby, where they told me to speak to management in the morning. I did so and explained the situation, letting them know I was checking out early because the conditions were unacceptable. I moved to another hotel that was much cleaner. Management assured me I would be refunded, but I still haven’t received anything. I’m sharing this review because I’ve yet to be refunded, and having roaches in my room was unacceptable. I’ve stayed at hotels hundreds of times and have never experienced anything like this.

The hotel had bed bugs as well as roaches. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund and stated that she had to get pest control out to confirm they have bugs. When I had pictures and staff had already confirmed they did.

Terrible Hotel. They got 100 usd deposit, while usually 15 usd which is taken as well. Totally 115 usd. The reason was booking over Expedia as a third part. I have been informed that if Expedia does not pay, the deposit amount will be taken. First time I faced such a explanation like that. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is old, smells food all over the hotel. No amenities. There is a renovation in Hotel. No any venue. Low profile.

Being a world traveler, there always are just a few simple things that are appreciated. Convenience, affordableability, cleanliness, friendliness and location. This was my 1st time in the Dallas, DFW and Arlington area. I stayed here (1) night after flying in from Mexico. I missed the free breakfast due to a comforting rest. All and all this was a great experience from the staff to the leadership.
