OMMMMMGGG - Worst Stay Ever
This is my first time ever leaving a BAD REVIEW while renting from this App. It was like pulling teeth to get the Code to the door. Check in was at 3pm. I asked for the Code at 2:46pm and then again at 2:53pm and then again at 3pm. She wouldn't message me back nor would she answer my calls, when I was trying to get the Door Code. I had to call VRBO directly to see what I could do to get in the house or if I could get a Refund. VRBO Customer Service called her 3 times while I was on the line with them and she STILL DIDN'T ANSWER. I finally got the Code to the door closer to the 3:30pm mark. Communication was horrible. The house needs A LOT of work. Cabinets were loose and paint chipped off. Dishes were nasty and had food on them. Guest Shower and Downstairs Shower wouldn't come on. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Towels were dingy. Office has NO VENTILATION. NO BINS for the Trash. She couldn't answer my messages and calls expeditiously but could text me from her phone at 8am the next morning telling me to turn things off before I leave.The overall experience was not good. Good thing I didn't stay more than 1 night. This experience has made me revert back to HOTELS. Rent at your own RISK.
