When we arrived there was no one to help with our luggage, when I asked for a luggage cart I was told “ we have a shortage of carts” then they turned around and left. The rooms were smaller than anticipated. There was only 1 wash cloth available for 2 of us. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the main room. I valet parked and the valet parking was outside and uncovered for $36 plus tax per night. The direct line to the valet parking did not work, I had to call front desk to ask them to tell valet to bring car up. The second morning I tried 3 times to reach the front desk to notify the valet but was never able to get an employee to answer the phone. I needed something from the gift shop the first evening there, the front desk told me it was open, it was 6:40 pm, the gift shop was closed. This is possibly the worst Westin I have stayed at. Very disappointing.

Fantastic stay at a subliminal hotel! The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was superb: tons of choices for a reasonable price. Highly advised to take the extended check out time if offered! We love staying here and this trip was excellent as usual!

When first checking In the front desk was not very friendly or approachable. Once we got to the room the room smelled like someone had previously smoked in there. Smell was pretty annoying to smell all night.

Underataffed or not orepared for our large group. From bar to restaurant to housekeeping. Very disappointed as Member. Our shower didn't work; very poor water flow. Housekeeping couldn't communicate due to english language not understood at all. Restaurant in lobby very short staffed or poorly managed not sure. Buffet breajfast itens were cold and service slow. Went for lunch day if departure took firever to be acknowledged much less waited on.Dont think I would visit this property again fir business or pleasure

Our stay is always good at this location. Our only minor problem was that our shower body wash was empty. Luckily we travel with some just in case.

I love this hotel! The room service is excellent and the food is great. I stayed here over the winter storm and didn’t have to worry about meals. Rooms are spacious and the bed is so comfortable.
